This 5 bed 3.5 bath South facing villa is located on the gated community of Sunset Lakes, within 10 minutes of Disney and 30 minutes from other major attractions. This spacious South facing villa overlooks the largest lake on Sunset Lakes and has a spacious drive which easily accommodates four cars. This self catering villa has two living areas, a separate dining area and a kitchen nook. The kitchen comes fully equipped and is open plan to the family room. The garage has no vehicle access due to having been converted to a games room for guests enjoyment. All towels and linens are provided, along with a starter pack of a toilet roll for each toilet, a soap for each sink/tub/shower, a washing detergent, a kitchen roll and two dishwasher tabs. This has a no smoking and no pets policy, smoking is allowed outside in the pool area. The pool area faces South and is spacious with a shaded lanai, over looking the largest lake of Sunset Lakes. All lower patio doors out to the pool area have child alarms which must be working at all times. It is the guests responsibility to inform the management company of any non working alarm during their stay. The owner or the management company take no responsibility if a non working alarm has failed to be reported. Parties are not allowed.
